  • Upon arrival, come inside the building and check-in at reception.
  • Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start to your tour.

What to bring

  • Dress according to the weather; waterproof jacket and pants, beanie and gloves are very useful in Iceland!
  • Waterproof hiking boots; the zipline track can be slippery and challenging to walk on
  • You can rent rain gear or hiking boots in our reception during check-in
  • Tie your hair up (braid or tie it in a low bun), so it won’t get tangled
